If the person named on the booking is collecting the tickets and provides valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport), the card used is not required.
If the cardholder is not attending, they must provide a signed letter authorizing the named person to collect the tickets. The letter should include:
The cardholder’s full name
The name of the person collecting the tickets
The booking reference number
The last four digits of the card used
The person collecting the tickets must also bring valid photo ID along with the signed letter.
