If you recently purchased your tickets, please allow a few minutes for the confirmation email to arrive in your inbox.
If you do not see the email after a few minutes:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
- If you still cannot find the email, contact Customer Service at 866-841-3263 to verify the email address on your booking and request that the confirmation email be resent.
If you have received your booking confirmation but cannot access your tickets, don't worry. Our admissions team can assist you on arrival. Please bring:
- Your booking reference number
- The payment card used for the purchase
- A valid photo ID
If someone else paid for the booking, please also bring a signed letter from the cardholder authorizing you to collect the tickets.
