- Phone number associated with the booking
Option 2: Visit the Attraction
If you're unable to locate your booking before your visit, our admissions team may be able to assist you upon arrival. Please bring:
✅ The payment card used to make the purchase
✅ A valid photo ID
If someone else paid for the booking, please bring a signed letter from the cardholder authorizing you to collect the tickets on their behalf.
